Scout is our very own window into the wonderful world of Chat GPT. As it's still very early days we'd love to have any thoughts or feedback you have on this feature.
- Find the Scout feature in the more tab / app grid
- Tap the text input at the bottom of the screen and when you're ready tap the green button on the right to submit your question
- It might take a little while as Pin Drop tries to come back with pin suggestions for you
Scout Requests
Have you ever found yourself wanting to ask your friends for recommendations for a city, neighbourhood or country? You get text messages, shared notes, shared Google Maps and (obviously), Pin Drop Lists. The problem is, it's really hard to manage all of the suggestions, curate them and then have them in a nice, handy format for when you travel.
With Requests you can put together a travel "prompt" that will not only give you suggestions from Pin Drop but also give you a landing page to share for others to add their suggestions.

Ai Limitations
As with anything to do with Ai and ChatGPT, the responses are not always perfect. Also, as this is a location app focusing on travel and discovery, you can only ask about things to do with travel and location.
